Terms of Service

These terms apply when you join a Launchwright cohort or buy any course or resource from Launchwright (“we,” “us,” “our”). By completing your purchase, you agree to them.
Access
Your place gives you access to the six-week live cohort, the session recordings, templates, bonuses and the student community. You keep access to the recordings, templates and bonuses for 12 months after the cohort ends. Your login is for you alone; please don’t share it.
Payments and installments
Prices are shown at checkout and include any taxes that apply. You can pay in full or in three monthly installments of $349 ($419 after the launch discount ends). If you choose installments, you agree to pay all three, even if you stop taking part. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is made.
Refunds
If the cohort isn’t right for you, join the first two live sessions and complete the week one tasks, then email us within 14 days of the start date for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, and installments remain due.
Conduct
Be respectful in live sessions and in the community. Don’t share other students’ work, personal details or session recordings outside the cohort. We may remove anyone who harasses others or breaks these rules, without a refund.
Intellectual property
All course materials, recordings and templates belong to Launchwright. You may use them to build and run your own courses, but you may not resell, republish or share them. Anything you create during the cohort stays yours.
